Mindy Cristobal serves as FJR’s Senior Director of Operations and Property Management, bringing a unique global perspective and extensive international business experience to the company’s leadership team. A native of New York City and alumna of the NYU Stern School of Business, Mindy has lived and worked in more than eight countries throughout her career, developing a dynamic and people-focused approach to operations, management, and client relations.
Before relocating to Kentucky from Buenos Aires, Mindy built a diverse career in international business that strengthened her ability to navigate complex operations, foster strong relationships, and lead across cultures and industries. At FJR, she oversees operational strategy and property management initiatives across the company’s portfolio, helping ensure exceptional service, efficiency, and tenant experience.
Outside of her professional role, Mindy is the proud mother of two daughters who inspire everything she does and remain at the center of her world.
