Jay Darby serves as a Building Supervisor with FJR and is primarily based across the company’s Southern Indiana portfolio. He is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations at several key properties, including Quartermaster Station, a historic building over 100 years old that requires ongoing specialized care, as well as Colonial Manor, Grant Line Center, and Clarksville Station on Veterans Parkway.
His role involves hands-on property maintenance, day-to-day operational support, and ensuring each site is maintained to a high standard despite varying building ages and demands. Jay’s experience and consistent presence across multiple properties make him a dependable part of the FJR operations team.
Fun fact: Jay lived in London, England and even graduated from high school there!
