Doug Demarsh serves as a Building Supervisor for FJR and brings more than 30 years of experience in property maintenance and facilities operations. He is a long-standing and highly valued presence at Professional Towers, where he has been dedicated to maintaining the property for 27 years, earning a strong reputation for consistency and a kind demeanor.
In addition to his work at Professional Towers, Doug also oversees maintenance operations at the Bonner Building in St. Matthews and a retail center on Bardstown Road in the Highlands. His deep experience across multiple property types and his steady, hands-on approach make him a trusted part of the FJR operations team.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys traveling, with Captiva Island, Florida serving as his favorite vacation destination.
