Ben Koch serves as Director of Facilities and Maintenance Operations for FJR, bringing more than 18 years of experience in property management and maintenance operations. In his role, Ben oversees the day-to-day maintenance and operational performance across FJR’s managed properties, ensuring each asset is maintained to the highest standards while supporting tenants, ownership groups, and on-site teams.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and strong operational knowledge, Ben plays a critical role in keeping FJR properties running efficiently and proactively. His experience spans facility operations, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, property upkeep, and problem-solving in our fast-paced environment.
Outside of work, Ben is an avid Louisville Cardinals fan and enjoys golfing, bowling, softball, and hunting. Most importantly, he values any opportunity to spend time with his kids!
